Kruger National Park and Blyde River Canyon
4 day Scenery and Safari tour

Day One
Travel from Johannesburg to Mpumalanga via Lydenburg and the Long Tom Pass to the forestry town of Sabie. Visit the Lone Creek Water Falls. Along the edge of the escarpment, visit God�s Window (weather permitting) and the scenic Blyde River Gorge with the Pinnacle Rock. Overnight in Graskop at a country inn on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day Two
After breakfast, visit more of the scenic sights of the Blyde River Canyon including the Potholes and Three rondavels.


Drive to our private game reserve, part of the greater Kruger National Park. The reserve boasts a wide diversity of wild animal, including the Big Five animals: Lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and buffalo. After settling into camp, enjoy a light lunch. We depart on our late afternoon game drive in open 4x4 Landrovers. We will stop out in the bush for sundowner drinks, and continue our game drive after dark, using spotlights to look for nocturnal animals. Return to the camp for a traditional South African meal around the fire.


Day Three
Early morning coffee is served at the Lodge, before setting off with our ranger and tracker for a morning game drive. After a hearty brunch, we depart to the famous Kruger National Park. Continue in our microbus through the reserve on a photagraphic safari to look for animals in this unique wilderness area, where Africa`s BIG 5 roam in their totally natural habitat. Overnight in one of the rest camps on dinner, bed and breakfast basis.

Day Four
Early morning game drive before breakfast. Depart the park via the tropical fruit farming area of Nelspruit and the scenic Elands River Valley to arrive in Johannesburg in the late afternoon.
